This modern country estate brings together luxury, light, and comfort in a distinctive way. The project is located on a private estate near the Dutch–German border and stands out in the Netherlands for its unique design. The house is built on a donk (a natural elevation) where three different landscapes meet: an English garden, a river landscape, and the surrounding agricultural land. This unique location formed inspiration for the design.
One of the most striking features is the custom-made, curved façades made with the MHB SL30‑ISO® system. These façades clearly demonstrate the craftsmanship and the strong focus on high-quality, bespoke solutions. The first floor is designed as a light pavilion with extensive glazing, slender lines, and verandas. Together with partner Perfect View Windows, this remarkable vision was brought to life, setting new standards in quality and innovation.
